Welcome to Ananta Bliss. By accessing https://www.anantabliss.com, submitting a booking enquiry, or reserving a stay at Villa 25, Avillion Farms, Thondebhavi, Bengaluru – 561213, you agree to the following terms and guest guidelines.

1. Reservations & Occupancy

• Standard whole-villa reservations accommodate up to 10–12 registered guests across our 3 bedrooms (two villa bedrooms and one luxury tent bedroom). Additional day visitors or event guests require prior written approval and applicable event charges.
• Valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID) is mandatory for all adult guests upon check-in as required by local authorities.
• Instant online reservations completed via Elivaas are subject to the rate plan, check-in/check-out timings, and house rules confirmed on your booking voucher.

2. Pet-Friendly Guidelines

• Well-behaved pets are warmly welcomed across our fenced 1-acre estate.
• Guests are responsible for supervising their pets around the Moroccan swimming pool, gardens, and soft furnishings, and for cleaning up after them. Any accidental damage to linens or furnishings may be adjusted against the refundable security deposit.

3. Pool Safety, Conduct & Neighbourhood Harmony

• The private swimming pool does not have a lifeguard on duty; guests (and especially children) use the pool at their own responsibility and under adult supervision.
• As Ananta Bliss is set within a serene gated farm community (Avillion Farms), outdoor amplified music must comply with local noise norms after 10:00 PM, after which gatherings may continue comfortably indoors at moderate volume.
• Unlawful activities, prohibited substances, or unsafe fireworks on the forest-framed estate are strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property & Governing Law

All photographs, brand assets, and written content on this website belong to Ananta Bliss or its licensors. Any disputes arising in connection with this website or direct bookings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
