  • Enquiry & Contact Information: When you submit our Book Now / Enquiry form or email us directly, we collect your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, preferred stay dates, guest count, and event preferences.
  • Third-Party Reservation Data: Instant online bookings are processed via our hospitality management partner, Elivaas. Any payment details, government ID verification, or guest registration data provided on Elivaas are governed by Elivaas’s respective privacy and security policies.
  • Technical & Usage Analytics: Our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) may collect anonymized, privacy-first web traffic metrics (such as page views, browser type, and approximate region) to ensure site security and performance without invasive cross-site tracking cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Responding to your stay, celebration, dining, or event enquiries;
  • Coordinating guest check-in, dietary preferences, pet accommodations, and bespoke experiences;
  • Complying with statutory hospitality guest-register and local regulatory obligations in Karnataka.

3. Data Sharing & Retention

We never sell or rent your personal contact details. Enquiry details are shared strictly with our authorized on-ground villa hospitality team and, where needed to fulfill your booking, our property management partner Elivaas. We retain enquiry correspondence only as long as necessary to service your booking or meet legal record-keeping requirements.
