2. On-Ground Villa Accessibility

• The estate spans a flat, ground-level one-acre garden layout with wide paved pathways connecting the arrival driveway, outdoor patios, gazebo, and villa living spaces.
• Please note that certain architectural elements—such as the sunken bonfire pit and pool entry steps—involve step-downs. If a member of your group requires ground-floor bedroom allocation or step-free assistance, please inform us prior to arrival so our caretakers can prepare comfortably.
